We are looking for a motivated engineering student to join our R&D team as part of our mechanical development group. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real mechanical design and development projects for medical devices, under the guidance of senior engineers, while continuing your studies.

Currently in year 2–3 of a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles (statics, dynamics, materials, tolerances)
Proficiency with a CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, injection molding, 3D printing)
Ability to read and create technical/engineering drawings
Basic understanding of material properties and selection
Ability to work 2–3 days a week (flexible around class schedule)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
Assist in design, modeling, and detailing of mechanical parts and assemblies for medical devices, including energy-based systems (laser, RF, ultrasound sources)
Support senior engineers in building and testing prototypes, including thermal and mechanical integration of energy sources
Perform basic mechanical measurements and tolerance checks and write test reports
Help prepare technical drawings and documentation, including design history file support
Assist with assembly, fit checks, and troubleshooting of mechanical builds
