Define and execute failure analysis strategies to investigate and resolve process, product, and technology failures.
Conduct laboratory work to evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, and systems.
Investigate interactions between materials and devices to identify root causes of failures.
Develop and implement electrical, analytical, and mechanical methodologies to enhance failure analysis capabilities for future products.
Lead technology and/or product transfers, manufacturing startups, and failure analysis process improvements.
Analyze failure reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent issue recurrence.
Share learnings across sites and promote best practices to enhance organizational knowledge.

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas through coursework or professional experience:
Semiconductor device physics.
Digital or analog circuit design and validation.
Defect detection or fault isolation methodologies in manufacturing environments.
