Lead and manage production deployment processes.
Manage and handle department incidents, from initial root-cause analysis to complete resolution and implementation of the solution.
Lead all integrations across the various banking systems.
Coordinate between R&D, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Monitor cross-functional processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements.

3+ years of strong hands-on SQL experience in an Oracle environment – Must.
3+ years of experience in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) – Must.
3+ years of technical background in Software Development, System Analysis, or Technical Project Management – Must.
1+ year of experience working with AI tools (preferably Claude Code), with a focus on building dashboards – Must.

Hands-on experience with AWS environments (system deployment, error analysis, production support, etc.)
Familiarity with Postman and Elastic
Familiarity with Swagger
Familiarity with automation tools, specifically Nolio and Jenkins
