As a Solutions Engineer, you're the person who makes integrations real - you take a scoped project and ship it: fast, high-quality, and on the timeline you committed to. You'll build and test the two-way integrations that connect Notch's agents to our customers' enterprise systems, debug issues in production, and clearly communicate impact and plans back to the team and the customer. You're a hands-on integrator at heart, but you can hold your own in a room - explaining what you built, why it behaves the way it does, and what happens next to both engineers and business stakeholders on the customer side. You'll work inside a delivery pod alongside Technical Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and your Solutions Engineer Manager, on both presale POCs and long-running production deployments. * This is a Tel-Aviv based role with some travel to the USA office and to global customers expected.
