Our Retail Solutions team helps retail chains, supermarkets, fashion brands, and fuel and convenience store networks implement, configure, and optimize retail and ERP systems, with a strong focus on Odoo, so they can run their operations more efficiently and deliver a better customer experience.
We are looking for a Project & Product Manager to join our team and lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, specification, and development projects for retail and ERP systems, with an emphasis on Odoo, for customers across fashion retail, supermarkets, fuel stations, and general retail.
This role combines end-to-end project management, product and business-process specification, day-to-day work with customers and technology teams, and daily use of advanced AI tools, especially Claude, to speed up specification work, document writing, requirements analysis, and even support for development, integrations, and customizations.

Project Management
Manage end-to-end implementation projects at customer sites, from kickoff through Go-Live and post-launch support — work plans, timelines, prioritization, and resources.
Track progress, manage risks, identify blockers early, and drive solutions.
Manage customers, vendors, and development/implementation/support teams; lead status meetings and follow-up on decisions and tasks.
Report ongoing status to management and customers: progress, risks, gaps, and action plans.
Product & Business Process Specification
Lead specification with customers: business needs, current-process mapping, and future-process planning.
Write BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process docs, and functional specs, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that balance customer needs, system constraints, product, and dev capacity.
Specify loyalty processes (benefits, coupons, point accrual/redemption) and their impact on POS, ERP, promotions, and reporting.
Partner with development/implementation to ensure the built solution matches spec; support testing, UAT, customer validation, and Go-Live prep.
Working with Advanced AI Tools
Use Claude and other AI tools daily to draft documents, break down requirements, build user stories and work plans, and analyze processes.
Use Claude to support development of customer solutions — automations, integrations, reports, workflow and configuration changes.
Write strong prompts, validate outputs professionally, and use AI critically — as an accelerator, not a substitute for judgment.
ERP Environment, with a Focus on Odoo
Work daily with Odoo's retail-relevant modules (sales, inventory, POS, purchasing, finance, operations), translating workflows into practical customer implementations.
Make basic configuration/field/process adjustments per customer needs; identify system limitations and propose alternatives.
Partner with technical teams on more complex customizations, integrations, and reports.
Retail Process Expertise
Understand retail processes and speak the language of owners, operations, finance, and store managers.
Know the needs of fashion chains (size/color/season inventory, multi-store, promotions), supermarkets (large-scale inventory, barcodes, scales, suppliers, expiration dates, checkout), and fuel/convenience stores (fuel vs. store sales, terminals, pumps, regulatory reporting).
Understand loyalty processes: registration, in-store ID, point accrual/redemption, coupons, club promotions, gift cards, wallets, segmentation, and campaigns.
Spot gaps between current process and system best practice, and professionally lead change with the customer.

What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years managing projects in information systems, ERP, software, or systems implementation.
Proven experience writing specs, user stories, BRDs, PRDs, or similar documents.
Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
Experience with Odoo (implementation, configuration, specification, or leading projects) — big plus.
Experience in retail projects — fashion, supermarkets, fuel stations, or POS — big plus.
Strong independent project management: organized, accountable, and able to drive things forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
Strong interpersonal skills across customer types, from large chains to family businesses.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
Able to work under pressure and manage several projects in parallel.

Basic SQL and data-structure knowledge.
Basic programming/logic understanding (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Understanding of APIs, integrations, reports, and system structures.
Relevant bachelor's degree (industrial engineering & management, information systems, business, CS, or similar) — significant hands-on experience can substitute.
