We are currently seeking a Salesforce Implementer to join our Information Systems team and lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Salesforce applications, and support the successful adoption of CRM processes that improve business efficiency and user experience.

Lead Salesforce implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with business users to analyze processes and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
