We’re looking for a sharp, independent Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own the digital growth and full-funnel strategies for leading global companies in the High-Tech, Medical, and Technology industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategizing, setting up, and managing high-scale, hands-on PPC campaigns across global platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
Full-Funnel Strategy & Media Planning: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, building media plans, and tailoring them to complex B2B buyer journeys.
Tracking & Measurement Setup: Owning the implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, and web analytics (GA4, GTM, etc.) to ensure accurate data, attribution, and measurement.
Optimization & Analysis: Conducting deep-dive performance analyses, budget allocations, A/B testing, and landing page optimization to continuously maximize client ROI.
Client Advisory & Growth: Serving as the professional focal point for global clients, presenting performance summaries, and proactively suggesting new growth vectors.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital campaign management, with a proven track record of hands-on management of large-scale budgets.
B2B Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, lead generation strategies, and global audiences (An Advantage).
Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – working directly with global clients.
Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who takes 100% ownership of their accounts, learns fast, and thrives under tight deadlines.
