Role Description
This role is responsible for end-to-end order management, from customer purchase order receipt through delivery (POD).
The position requires strong experience in export, shipping, and customs processes, along with the ability to work closely with global customers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Submit and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems (Priority system – high priority)
Manage sales orders throughout the full lifecycle, from PO to Proof of Delivery (POD)
Provide customers with supply plans and ongoing updates
Serve as the main point of contact for customers on all order-related matters
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, Logistics) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing
Monitor and control sales order status
Plan and manage shipping schedules
Oversee logistics operations in accordance with customer Incoterms agreements
Handle invoicing processes
Manage RMA operations, including customer complaints, return shipments, repair tracking, and reporting
Maintain and manage relevant licenses
Work closely with global customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience as an Export / Logistics Coordinator / Order Management Coordinator– mandatory
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with export, shipping, and customs processes – mandatory
Experience managing end-to-end order processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – mandatory (ability to work with international customers)
Strong computer skills (ERP systems, Excel, etc.)
Experience with Priority system – advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and diligent
Strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
