This is a high-impact role with ownership across three core growth pillars:
Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
Publisher partnerships, including affiliate networks, influencers, and performance partners.
Email marketing, driving lifecycle engagement and revenue at scale.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, own meaningful budgets, and influence where and how we invest our growth efforts.
We’re looking for someone who sees user acquisition as more than campaign management. Someone who understands that sustainable growth comes from connecting acquisition, attribution, creative strategy, onboarding, conversion, retention, and LTV into one cohesive system.

Own strategy, execution, optimization, and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
Build, own and scale our publisher ecosystem by recruiting affiliate networks and performance partners, negotiating commercial models (CPA, CPI, revenue share), monitoring traffic quality, and growing a reliable acquisition channel.
Own email marketing as a growth engine, including list growth, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, reactivation campaigns, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
Develop reporting that connects marketing investment to business outcomes, including installs, trials, subscriptions, retention, and LTV, using AppsFlyer and internal analytics.
Lead creative testing by partnering with designers and marketing stakeholders to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate with Product to optimize onboarding, paywalls, and conversion flows because acquisition doesn’t stop at the install.
Identify new growth opportunities, emerging channels, and seasonal initiatives, and build data-backed business cases for investment.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on User Acquisition experience for non-gaming mobile apps (subscription businesses are a strong advantage).
Deep, proven expertise in managing performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns, with ownership of significant budgets and clear ROAS accountability.
Proven experience building and scaling affiliate or publisher programs, including partner sourcing, commercial negotiations, traffic quality management, and long-term relationship development. This is a core requirement.
Strong experience with lifecycle email marketing, including segmentation, deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), automation, and revenue generation. This is also a core requirement.
Strong understanding of mobile attribution, including AppsFlyer (preferred), SKAdNetwork, incrementality, and attribution limitations.
Analytical wiz - excellent analytical skills, confident working with spreadsheets, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and LTV modeling.
A highly curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and ownership.
Availability to work on-site, full-time, five days a week.
