Lead Enlight's engineering function and engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle—from development and design, through procurement and construction, to project handover and operational support.
The role is responsible for ensuring consistent engineering standards, technical and economic optimization, engineering risk management, and the leadership of project engineering teams.
Reporting to VP Engineering

Overall responsibility for the engineering aspects of Solar, Wind, and BESS projects.
Define engineering policies, standards, and methodologies.
Develop work plans, objectives, and KPIs for engineering teams.
Manage workloads and prioritize tasks across countries and projects.
