Collaborate with the CTO and founders on architecture and product decisions.
Contribute to engineering practices, infrastructure, and AI-assisted development workflows.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development background with hands-on experience with React and Rust (or similar technologies).
Experience building production-grade web applications and scalable systems.
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, relational data modelling, transactions, and data integrity.
Experience designing reliable systems where correctness and consistency are critical.
Ability to independently drive projects end-to-end with high ownership.
Strong product mindset and ability to work closely with non-engineering stakeholders.
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Experience using modern AI development tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Previous experience as a Founding Engineer/early-stage startup engineer/ taking products from 0→1.
Experience in FinTech, financial systems, equity compensation, or other regulated industries.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
