Manage the R&D timeline, ensuring projects are consistently on track and resources are strategically allocated to meet the company's daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
Actively manage multiple technical and operational projects simultaneously from project kickoff to launch.
Develop and monitor the software development life cycle, supervising the engineering team's work to assign tasks, establish goals, set delivery dates, and communicate the team’s progress to executives.
Directly engage with clients to oversee project delivery, focusing on meeting their specific requirements.
