So, what’s the job?
We are looking for a Creative AI Specialist to join our creative team and transform our cybersecurity mission into compelling, high-impact storytelling at Guardio.
You will:
Scale Asset Creation with Advanced AI Tools: Generate high volumes of video assets using cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, leveraging existing footage and newly generated content. When we say AI, you ask: "How high? :)"
Build, don't just use: Go beyond off-the-shelf tools by creating your own custom flows, pipelines, and interfaces. When the right tool doesn't exist yet, you build it.
Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools and streamlined workflows to deliver high-performing creative assets at scale consistently.
Independently ideate, script, film, generate, and edit content as a "one-man-show," rapidly testing hooks and concepts at scale, leveraging AI at every stage.
Be part of the Video Feedback Process. Participate in the feedback loop for video editors, significantly reducing current bottlenecks in creative operations.

Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible:
Proven experience leveraging AI tools (such as Claude, ComfyUI, Weavy, Higgsfield, n8n, custom AI agents, and other AI-powered workflows) to accelerate creative production and build high-performing video ads. You're not just experimenting with AI - you're building repeatable workflows that make creative production faster, smarter, and more effective over time.
Ability to build your own tools rather than rely solely on existing ones.
3+ years of experience creating high-performing, direct-response video ads with proven results.
A creative mindset paired with the ability to both give and implement clear, constructive feedback, taking creatives from A to Z on your own.
Hands-on, execution-driven mindset, capable of independently running creative tests at scale.
Background in performance marketing, social media advertising, or B2C digital ads.
