Description
We are looking for an IT Technician for a diverse, dynamic, and hands-on role in a multi-user and multi-site work environment.
Responsibilities:
Technical support for employees and handling IT issues
Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, endpoint devices, and peripheral equipment
Hands-on field work across company sites
User and permissions management in organizational systems
IT procurement management and working with vendors
IT inventory management
Support for Microsoft 365 and Windows systems
Basic troubleshooting of network and communication issues
Requirements
Previous experience in Technical Support / Help Desk / IT Technician role
Knowledge and experience in Windows and Office 365 environments
Familiarity with Active Directory
Basic knowledge of networking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
Reliability and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Advantages:
Familiarity with Priority system
Experience working with vendors
Knowledge of Azure / Microsoft 365 Admin
Relevant IT certifications
Additional Details:
Willingness to travel to suppliers and other company sites as needed
Availability for occasional after-hours work
Working hours: 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
