The company is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AWS operational expertise to modernize their infrastructure, tighten production support, and drive a CI/CD transformation. This is a hands-on engineering role — the person builds a mature DevOps function from the inside and works closely, day to day, with Oscar. The headline project: moving the company AWS codebase into GitHub Actions.
Infrastructure as Code — Terraform or CloudFormation
Monitoring & observability — dashboard design, alerting strategy, monitoring cleanup and rationalization (Datadog or an equivalent tool; they may move off Datadog)
