Appsforce is looking for a Senior DBA to join our core tech team and take ownership of building and optimizing complex data pipelines and structures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has deep technical expertise in managing and processing large-scale, complex data systems — including hierarchical structures like graphs and trees.

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database solutions.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries.
Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and execution plan analysis.
Design and maintain indexes, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
Collaborate with development teams to design efficient and scalable database architectures.
Support production environments by identifying and resolving database performance issues.
Participate in database design, schema changes, and deployment processes.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to database best practices.

6+ years of experience as an Application DBA or SQL Server DBA.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Excellent knowledge of T-SQL and writing complex queries.
Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
Experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.
