We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts, grow strategic partnerships, and help us scale across our product offerings.
This is a key role with real ownership, direct impact on company growth, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, international team.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, partners, and key industry players.
Represent DYG at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong client delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile AdTech industry - must.
Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing - must.
Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Experience managing or mentoring sales teams - significant advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for conferences and client meetings.
BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
