Brand & Visual Designer

We're looking for a Brand & Visual Designer to join our in-house Studio team and help shape, evolve, and scale our brand identity across multiple touchpoints. You bring strong visual taste, systems thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into clear, cohesive, and scalable experiences. Responsibilities Translate brand identity into visual systems, assets, and guidelines Develop concepts, moodboards, and visual direction for both new brand creation and existing brand evolution Build and maintain design templates for Marketing, HR, and Product Design marketing, internal comms, and digital experience materials Translate business needs into design solutions cross-functionally Support UX/UI and digital product work as needed Support video and motion projects Use AI tools to boost creative efficiency Run multiple projects independently, end to end Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on Branding and Marketing. Proven experience developing and maintaining brand systems. Experience creating Brand Guidelines, Brand books and scalable design templates. Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual communication principles. Knowledge and understanding of UX/UI principles. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with video and motion design - an advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects in parallel. Why Join Us?
