Guardio is on a mission to redefine consumer cybersecurity for the modern internet.
We operate at consumer scale, protecting millions of people every day across devices, accounts, and digital touchpoints. In a world where phishing, fraud, and AI-powered scams evolve overnight, Guardio stays ahead of the curve.
We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in transparency, feedback, and collaboration along with shared wins, team dinners, company trips, and good times.
We're a team of 100+ makers, doers, and boundary-breakers. If you're ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of online safety, you belong here.
Let's cut to the chase. What's the job?
We're looking for an IT Specialist to own the systems every Guardio employee runs on - identity, devices, access, tools and the office itself.
Our IT is cloud-first and deliberately broad: 100+ people, a Mac-first fleet, everything behind SSO, and a stack that runs from Okta to Claude Code. Plenty of it still works because someone does it by hand - and your mission is to change that. Solve things once, automate them, and build the checks that catch what automation misses.
You'll work alongside our Director of IT with real ownership from day one - and since we're a security company, doing all of it securely isn't an extra requirement. It's just how we work.
עיקרי התפקיד
Own the employee lifecycle end to end - onboarding to offboarding: device, identity, access, and licenses - with SSO on every app, permissions driven by groups and access that grants and revokes itself as people join, move, and leave.
Automate everything worth automating: workflows, APIs, scripts and agents that turn manual IT work into systems that run themselves.
Own the fleet: MDM across Mac and Windows, plus the full hardware lifecycle - procurement to secure retirement.
Own vendor relationships: sourcing, negotiation, landing new tools properly inside the company, licenses and renewals. No surprises on renewal day.
Keep the office running: network, AV, and everything physical.
Be the person everyone's thrilled to work with - prompt, articulate and committed to taking every issue across the finish line.
Sounds great! Am I the right fit?
דרישות
2-5 years in IT operations at a tech company.
You've run an enterprise MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, JumpCloud or equivalent) and an identity provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID or similar). These two are the non-negotiables.
Strong on macOS, competent on Windows and solid on networking fundamentals.
You're AI-native: you already use AI tools to move faster, you've built something real with them and you know when to verify the output before trusting it.
The third time you do something manually, you automate it. That instinct matters more to us than any specific tool on your CV.
You write things down. The next person shouldn't have to ask you how it works.
Excellent English, written and spoken.
Talk nerdy to me.
Don't mind if we do. What you'd be running:
Identity: Okta + Google Workspace
Endpoints: Mac-first fleet with some Windows, fully MDM-managed, EDR on everything
Access: Zero Trust via Tailscale, cloud-managed Wi-Fi
The rest of the stack: Slack, Notion, Atlassian, GitHub, 1Password, BambooHR, GCP
Tooling: Claude Code with an in-house plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers and CLIs - the same one R&D uses
