This position requires deep experience with complex systems, integration, and product development.

Engineering Leadership: Lead the definition of system requirements, architecture, and sub-system interfaces.
Integration: Manage and integrate hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and systemic processes.
Testing & Validation: Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, including performance testing and system qualification.
Collaboration: Work closely with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches (NESA, AMLACH, HATAL).
Documentation: Manage engineering documentation throughout the entire system lifecycle – from requirements to a fully operational product.
דרישות
B.Sc. in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in systems engineering of complex systems – Mandatory.
Familiarity with sensors, communication, and control systems – Mandatory.
Ability to lead cross-functional tasks while diving deep into the technology – Mandatory.
