This role owns four functions completely: paid acquisition and digital performance, organic growth, marketing operations and attribution, and pipeline growth. Own the paid acquisition strategy and execution across search and social, from budget allocation to creative testing to bid strategy
Report on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution by channel
Own website conversion strategy, including landing page testing and digital experience optimization
