We are looking for a Junior B2B Back Office!
Responsibilities:
Support of BUYME CSM B2B Team via ongoing management of our back office system - our Happiness Management Platform.
Help drive customer success by creating case studies, produce reports and presentations to explain insights and results to our clients.
Provide back-office support for the B2B CSM team in the form reporting, analysis and day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
Detail oriented and analytical.
Strong team player but still a self-starter.
Ability to multitask - managing multiple accounts and priorities.
Ability to manage a variety of tasks under pressure.
Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of organization and a great attention to detail.
