This position will have broad exposure, visibility, and impact throughout the organization; she/he will report directly to our CFO and be based out of Ramat Gan, Israel.
Oversee all accounting duties, including closing the books monthly (AP, AR, expenses), issuing financial statements, and running payroll
Oversee Treasury operations, manage our global payments process and all banking relationships
Build on and improve our existing financial processes, controls, and internal policies as we grow & scale
Support development of accurate rolling forecasts and review budget vs. actuals with the senior leadership team, highlighting risks and variances
Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to share financial data on a regular basis
Support the CFO to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding strategy, financial plans, new business planning, and operations forecasts
Manage necessary external relationships, including audit, tax, banks, investors
Be the point of contact for Netsuite (ERP)
What You'll Bring
Certified Public Accountant
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Treasury or Controllership positions
In-depth understanding of VAT
Vast international experience
Experience in early-stage startups and/or high-growth companies
Expert understanding of Excel & Accounting Systems (Netsuite)
Ability to prioritize, self-start and self-directed work in an environment with minimal direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present financial information to all levels of management
A team player and seasoned people manager who genuinely enjoys approaching their work with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit while having fun at the same time
