You will own Bringoz's organic growth engine. Your mission is to make organic search our #1 customer acquisition channel by combining SEO, GEO, content strategy, technical excellence, and continuous experimentation.
Full-Funnel Strategy: Define SEO/GEO goals and KPIs, identifying high-impact opportunities across organic and paid channels.
SEO Execution: Perform technical audits, optimize site architecture, metadata, and internal linking while executing off-page SEO, backlink acquisition, and strategic link insertion to drive Domain Authority and scale organic growth.
GEO: Develop and execute strategies to optimize visibility and presence within AI-driven search experiences and generative engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), ensuring content is structured and cited effectively in AI-generated answers.
PPC Oversight: Monitor and analyze paid search (Google Ads) and social media campaign performance, to ensure alignment with overall acquisition strategy.
Content & Growth: Build a content strategy focused on high-intent topics and SEO-driven landing pages that convert.

5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of growing organic traffic; experience monitoring or collaborating on PPC and social media campaigns
Proven experience in B2B SaaS / Technology companies
Hands-on expertise with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and WordPress; familiarity with Google Ads and Social Campaign Manager
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
AI-Driven: Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research, content production, and workflow efficiency

Technical SEO: Work with engineering to improve Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site performance.
Performance Tracking & CRO: Analyze and report on growth using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Conduct constant A/B testing to improve ROI and conversion rates.
