Performance Analysis:
Analyze operational spend and performance to identify trends, patterns, and efficiency opportunities.
Develop and support analytical models and tools to improve performance visibility and decision-making.
Create clear and impactful data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Detect anomalies and deviations in performance data and work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and drive corrective actions.
Act as a key interface between data and relevant interfaces, ensuring alignment, data integrity, and actionable outcomes.
KPI Ownership & Performance Monitoring:
Act as the focal point for the unit’s KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems and reports.

Academic education in Industrial Engineering and Management from a recognized university or college -a must
1–2 years of experience in analytical roles - a must
High proficiency in Excel - a must
High level of English – written and spoken - a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a must
Basic knowledge of data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Fabric
Ability to communicate analytical findings in clear, simple business language, including actionable insights.
Proactive, fast learner with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
