The role involves managing and supporting Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services across multiple regions, with a focus on identity, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and automation.

Design and manage Active Directory (on‑prem & hybrid) across global environments
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) at scale
Manage Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, compliance, device lifecycle)
Design and maintain SSO solutions (Azure AD / Entra ID integrations)
Work with Azure services (identity, integrations, core infrastructure)
Maintain and troubleshoot DNS and core network services
Lead and implement automation (Ansible, PowerShell)
Ensure system security, availability, and performance globally
