Manage the reliability aspects in manufacturers’ QBRs, RMA centers and strategic suppliers

Provide products’ reliability analysis for all aspects and manage it as part of management review

Position requirements
Technical education - Electronics Engineer
Familiar with Microwave technology, electronics and mechanics production processes
Familiar with SPC tools, statistical techniques and standards
Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven analysis methods to support quality, reliability, and process improvement activities
Analytical approach and problem-solving ability
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage activities in cross organizational manner
Planning and project management skills
Lead and motivate a team
Strategic approach to work
Fluent reading and writing in English
