We’re looking for a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support and manage a broad range of legal matters, work closely with our Commercial and Executive teams, and contribute to the implementation of the company’s go-to-market strategy.

Support and manage legal processes across the company in collaboration with stakeholders from the Commercial and Executive teams
Participate in meetings with prospective clients and provide guidance on relevant legal and operational matters
Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including license and services agreements, service orders, and related documents with customers, partners, and vendors
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to management and other stakeholders on a variety of legal and commercial matters
Support legal discussions in close collaboration with external legal counsel and provide relevant business and commercial input
Assist with the company’s ongoing legal matters and day-to-day legal operations

2+ years of experience in commercial law, gained at a leading law firm and/or within a high-tech company
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment
Ability to independently handle legal and corporate matters while knowing when to seek additional guidance
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with a positive and collaborative approach to challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset
