So, what's the job?
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with a growth mindset to own the core infrastructure and capabilities behind Guardio's product - the systems that power how users sign up, pay, engage, set up their features and stay protected.

Own and evolve the core infrastructure and internal systems behind Guardio's product (user states, identity, registration, payments, experimentation platforms).
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Define and track key KPIs, turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and drive strategic initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Partner closely with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to ensure scalable, reliable, and growth-oriented solutions.
What kind of candidates are we looking for?
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company.
Strong technical background; comfortable working with engineers on system design, data flows, and product infrastructure.

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for product discovery and experimentation (e.g., Vibe-code).
