Director of Finance

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to build and lead the finance function of our fast-growing business. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial infrastructure that will support the company's next stage of growth. You will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making, establish scalable financial processes, and ensure the business operates with financial discipline, transparency, and agility. This role combines strategic finance with hands-on execution. You will own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, controls, and business partnering while building the systems and processes needed to support a high-growth environment. RESPONSABILITIS Support and oversee the company’s accounting and finance operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, excellence, and timely delivery. Use data analysis to strategically forecast financial trends. Provide an analytical overview of monthly P&L and BS. Manage and mentor the Controllers team, providing close professional guidance, support, and development Oversee Israeli and U.S. tax reporting and compliance Manage all Sales Tax matters, including filings, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements Oversee federal and state tax reporting requirements in the U.S. Support and coordinate relationships with external auditors and advisors Lead all payroll-related processes and support payroll budgeting and workforce planning Manage commission calculations and related financial processes Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to drive execution and improve financial processes Proactively support and drive ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as needed
