As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will be tasked with accelerating the adoption of AI across our R&D organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, productivity, innovation, and change management. You will identify, evaluate, and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools, workflows, and engineering practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a force multiplier for engineering teams, helping transform emerging AI capabilities into measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a combination of technical depth, experimentation mindset, and strong influence skills. Success will be measured by your ability to discover opportunities, drive adoption, and create lasting improvements in how our teams build, test, secure, and operate software. What Success Looks Like? Within the first year, you will: Establish a clear AI enablement strategy for the R&D organization.
