We're looking for a Compensation & People Analytics Manager to build and own our global compensation operations, People Ops systems, and people data infrastructure.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive scalable compensation programs, sales incentive processes, HR systems and people analytics that enable informed business decisions and support our global growth.

Own the company's global compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, salary bands and compensation frameworks.
Lead the global sales commission planning process and own commission administration, calculations and payout validation in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Support global compensation review cycles, equity guidelines and related compensation processes.
Own and continuously optimize the company's global HR systems.
