Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe and Israel, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we've been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk to join our team and to support our meaningful growth.
What Will You Do?
Provide first-line technical support for Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
Prepare, deploy, and configure computers for new employees
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage IT inventory, including laptops, accessories, licenses, and spare equipment
Maintain documentation, asset records, and IT procedures
Assist with endpoint security tasks, including antivirus management, device encryption, and security updates
Help educate users on cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies
Requirements
2 years of IT support experience (internships or military experience considered)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and OS’s
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluent in Hebrew; good working knowledge of English
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Familiarity with Intune or other endpoint management tools
Experience with ticketing systems (service-now – advantage)
Understanding cybersecurity
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Google IT Support are a plus
