As an Algorithm Developer/Data Scientist (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in Mannheim, you will play a key role in developing and deploying advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions for image, spectral, and sensor-derived data. Working closely with software, firmware, optics and application teams, you will transform complex data into robust algorithms that support innovative metrology products and deliver valuable insights for our customers.

Role Responsibilities
Developing and optimizing algorithms for the analysis of image, multispectral, and other sensor-derived data
Designing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for classification, segmentation, regression, anomaly detection, and feature extraction tasks
Developing data pipelines and model workflows using Python and modern data science frameworks
Evaluating and implementing state-of-the-art methods in computer vision, signal processing, and machine learning
Converting and deploying trained models using portable inference frameworks such as ONNX
Collaborating with hardware, software, and domain experts to integrate algorithms into products and applications
Documenting methodologies, experimental results, and software components according to engineering best practices
