DLP's rule-based framework is broken. We asked machines to find problems with rigid rules, then expected humans to investigate the noise - an impossible task. Jazz is the new model. It starts with total coverage from a forensic endpoint agent and uses a powerful Agentic Investigator that learns your business. It delivers clear, pre-investigated answers instead of alerts, and is designed to be run by a single person. Finally, DLP that works.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who makes every customer feel like Jazz was built for them. Not by checking in - by knowing their environment, reading the signals before anything escalates, and turning platform data into a story their CISO can take to the board. You own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and everything in between.
What You’ll Own:
Full lifecycle ownership. From kickoff through renewal and expansion, lead structured onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure customers realize value quickly.
Churn prevention. Build and maintain health scores across your portfolio and act on risk before it escalates. You know an account is in trouble before anyone tells you.
Executive relationships. Run quarterly EBRs with executive attendance, lead customer advisory boards, and hold your own in a room with a CISO.
Product feedback loop. Build a systematic Voice of Customer program - capture alert patterns, feature requests, and expansion signals, and partner with Product to turn them into roadmap priorities.
Commercial ownership. Own renewal conversations, identify expansion opportunities, and run account save plans for at-risk customers with documented actions, timelines, and owners.
Advocacy pipeline. Own case studies, Gartner Peer Insights reviews, customer speakers, and logo approvals. Turn happy customers into active advocates.
Salesforce hygiene. 100% - every call, every action item, every risk flag logged.
What We’re Looking For:
College degree required. Technical or business background preferred.
4-7 years in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role, with at least 3 years in security or a security-adjacent product (identity, compliance, endpoint, CASB, or similar).
Startup experience - you've built processes that didn't exist yet and know what it means to create structure where there is none.
Has managed a portfolio of enterprise accounts with ARR responsibility.
Has been in a room with a CISO and held their own - not just presenting slides but having a real conversation.
Proficient in Salesforce - health scores, activity logging, pipeline management, reporting.
Strong written communication - you write crisp CSM summaries, EBR decks, and save plans that people actually read.
High EQ - you read the room, pick up frustration before it's said, and know when to push and when to listen.
Commercial instincts - you can have a renewal, pricing, or overage conversation without making it awkward.
Storytelling - you take platform data and turn it into a narrative a CISO can take to their board.
Resilient and steady - things go wrong. Agents cause performance issues. Features ship late. Champions leave. You stay solution-oriented and don't let the customer feel your stress.
Relentless follow-through - you do what you say you will do, every time.
Why Join Jazz?
Own a CS function that is still being built - you'll have real influence over how the team, the processes, and the customer experience take shape.
Work with a product that is genuinely differentiated - selling something customers actually want to use makes the CS work easier and more rewarding.
High proximity to founders, product, and GTM leadership from day one.
A chance to be in the room where the category is being defined - Jazz is not a point solution chasing an existing market.
Strong proof points already in market: CrowdStrike, AWS, and NVIDIA Startup Nest winner, 20 customers, $61M raised from Glilot and Team8.
