Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Support and maintain basic network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN)

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)

Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner

Set up equipment for new employees (onboarding) and manage equipment retrieval (offboarding)

Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals, licenses)

Document recurring issues and solutions for the internal knowledge base

Escalate complex issues to relevant teams (infrastructure, security, vendors) when needed

Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
Good communication skills and a service-oriented, patient approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
Availability of working on-site in Netanya 4 days per week
English - fluent / native (must)
