How your day will be?
Administer and maintain Windows Server and/or Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print, virtualization) to ensure availability and performance.
Install, configure, and support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi) including VLANs, routing, VPN, and QoS.
Monitor infrastructure health using monitoring tools; troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Plan and implement patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery procedures; regularly test restores.
Manage identity and access services (AD/Azure AD), group policies, and endpoint configuration in coordination with IT support.
Maintain documentation (network diagrams, configurations, SOPs) and keep IT asset inventory current.
Apply security best practices (hardening, logging, segmentation) and support vulnerability remediation and audit requests.
