Job Summary
As a Salesforce Sales Solution Architect at AllCloud, you will be responsible for designing and presenting Salesforce solutions and architecture to solve leading-edge business challenges. This vital resource must evoke confidence in AllCloud’s expertise during the pre-sales cycle.
To accomplish this, the Sales Solution Architect will work with Account Executives and AllCloud’s current and prospective customers serving as a technical spokesperson, having a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills. This includes the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements, and provide business value.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Consultative Discovery: Lead deep-dive business process discussions and discovery sessions with prospective clients to uncover their pain points, goals, and strategic vision.
Solution Architecture & Road-mapping: Design tailored, scalable Salesforce-based solutions (spanning Multi-Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities) and build strategic roadmaps for clients.
Hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Configure, customize, and build compelling demo environments to effectively showcase "the art of the possible" to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Technical Spokepersonship: Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations and product demonstrations that articulate complex technical concepts in simple, business-value terms.
SOW & Proposal Creation: Translate client requirements into comprehensive, actionable Statements of Work (SOWs), technical proposals, and estimations.
Seamless Delivery Handoff: Partner closely with the Delivery and Architecture teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales cycle to successful project execution.
Industry Engagement: Represent AllCloud at industry events, webinars, and Salesforce community events, acting as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
