Who are you?
You're a hands-on operator who treats the marketing engine as a system to be perfected, not a set of tasks to be checked off. Our stack is already up and running; your job is to take it from good to great: sharpen what's working, fix what's leaking, and level it up as we scale. You live in HubSpot, you get a quiet thrill from a workflow that just works, and you see a leaky funnel or a broken attribution model as a puzzle waiting to be solved.
You're senior enough to own the marketing and partnerships tech stack end-to-end, but you're an IC at heart. You'd rather get your hands in the system and improve it yourself than hand it off. You think in full-funnel impact: how a paid click becomes a lead, how a lead becomes a deal, and how a partner-sourced opportunity gets routed, tracked, and credited correctly all the way through to revenue.
You embrace AI as a core part of how you work, actively experimenting with whatever's new, whether that's improving automations, wiring up tools, or supercharging your own output. You move fast, back your decisions with data, and bring structure and clarity to everything you touch.
So, what will you be doing all day?
This is a hands-on ownership role. You're taking systems that already exist and making them faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
Own and optimize our HubSpot Marketing Ops. Refine workflows, integrations, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign architecture, data hygiene, and reporting across the full journey from first touch through conversion.
Elevate marketing operations. Make sure campaigns, lead routing, attribution, and reporting are accurate, fast, and scalable, and keep improving them as we grow.
Sharpen tracking and attribution. Own and improve how we measure the funnel end-to-end, tighten the connection between paid channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads and more) and HubSpot, and evolve our multi-touch attribution into a source of truth the whole team trusts.
Improve the automation and middleware. Maintain and upgrade the connective tissue between HubSpot, our databases, and ad platforms, and harden the automated pipelines that keep data flowing where it needs to go.
Oversee data quality. Own incoming data requests, audience segmentation, and performance deep-dives, and run regular hygiene audits so the marketing database stays accurate and measurable.
Own partnership operations. Improve the systems that track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, automate partner lead handoffs and routing, and give the partnerships team clean data to grow the channel.
Drive attribution and analytics. Analyze performance from acquisition through expansion and churn, surface where the funnel breaks and where the budget works, and make the numbers trustworthy enough to drive real decisions.
Bring AI into the engine. Find the manual, repetitive, and error-prone parts of GTM ops and automate them with AI and no-code/low-code tooling.
Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to improve efficiency and accelerate growth across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
Ideally, we're looking for
5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or GTM operations, in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning and improving a marketing tech stack.
Deep HubSpot expertise: expert across workflows, integrations, lifecycle management, campaign management, reporting, and Hubspot Marketing Hub. This is the core of the role.
Strong mastery of HubSpot Campaigns: structuring, executing, and reporting on them.
A builder's mindset for automation: you translate business needs into working systems and love optimizing a process until it just runs. You pick up new tools fast.
Solid grasp of paid channels: Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and how they connect to HubSpot for tracking and attribution.
GTM understanding: how marketing, sales, and partnerships fit together as one revenue motion.
Experience operating in a fast-moving, SMB SaaS or scale-up environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
Fluent English: reading, writing, and speaking.
These would also be nice
Hands-on tracking and analytics tooling: Google Tag Manager (web and server-side), GA4, and platform pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Automation platforms: Make and n8n, plus comfort with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
BI and attribution tooling such as Tableau, and mobile attribution such as AppsFlyer.
SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) experience in Hubspot.
RevOps background or HubSpot consulting experience.
AI-powered build tools: Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
