You will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex organizational and headcount planning needs into scalable, structured solutions within the platform.<br aria-hidden="true">The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Headcount Planning, Job Architecture, Organizational Design, or Workforce Modeling processes — and knows how to guide customers through both the strategic and technical aspects of implementation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.</p>
