Overview
Flare has built something that works — over 85,000 clients and 600+ experienced attorneys, all on a platform that makes legal care accessible, transparent, and fast. Through marble.co, the largest top-rated family and immigration law firm in the United States, we have built a strong family and immigration law firm. What we need to build next is the infrastructure that gets us in front of people before they know they need us: the organic surfaces, the conversion flows, and the product loops that turn a midnight Google search into a Marble client, and a Marble client into a referral.
That's what this role is for.
As Senior Growth PMM, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing's demand insight and product's build capacity — owning the full pre-client conversion journey from first consideration through the product-led growth motions that make Marble self-sustaining. You'll make growth infrastructure actually happen by selling the vision internally, writing specs Product can act on, and getting things shipped in sync with marketing demand goals.
What You Will Do
Sell the Vision
Growth infrastructure only happens when product and engineering believe it's worth building. You'll build the business case for each initiative you identify — OKR alignment, expected impact on lead volume and closed won, build effort, time to impact — and present it in a way that earns trust across functions. You'll think long-term and short-term simultaneously, knowing which initiatives compound over 12 months and which move the needle in 30 days, and sequence accordingly.
Write the Spec
You'll translate marketing's demand insight into product requirements that engineering can act on without ambiguity or wasted cycles. You'll own the requirements for every growth infrastructure initiative — conversion funnels, SEO tools and calculators, multi-language journeys, AI intake flows, Product-Led-Growth (PLG) surfaces, and infrastructure for new channel builds.
Define & Collaborate on the Solution
Brief Product teams, attend sprint planning, prioritize within the marketing backlog, remove blockers before they become delays, and hold the team accountable to timelines that matter to the business.
Sample Focus Areas
Brand and language expansion
Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and market analysis to understand the personas each brand attracts and build tailored CRM flows.
Build end-to-end multi-language conversion experiences — landing pages, intake flows, AI intake experiences, and content surfaces.
Launch new brands to expand reach.
Multi-intent funnels
Partner with the Voice AI team, Growth, and Sales to design and deploy intent-specific flows — owning personalization insights, CRM handoff, compliance, and deployment.
Google and Meta funnel architecture
Own the technical layer of the conversion funnel for paid channels — landing page architecture and funnel flow design from first touch through LSS booked.
Channel & partnership expansion
When marketing identifies a new acquisition channel — affiliate, partnerships, referrals, new paid surfaces — you build the infrastructure that makes it work: routing, funnels, and more.
Product-led growth motions
Own the build for Marble's PLG initiatives and the long-horizon bets that make Marble self-sustaining on organic growth.
GTM for new growth initiatives
Lead the cross-functional launch of new growth surfaces — serving as the connective tissue between marketing strategy and what actually gets built and shipped.
Requirements
7+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2C or marketplace context where you've owned both acquisition surfaces and PLG motions. You can point to specific things you shipped and what they moved.
You speak both languages. Marketing trusts you because you understand CPL, conversion rate, and what it means when a funnel leaks at 40%. Product and Engineering trust you because your specs are clean, your priorities are defensible, and you don't waste their time.
You sell ideas before you build them. You know that the best spec in the world goes nowhere if product and engineering aren't bought in. You're comfortable making the business case, presenting trade-offs, and advocating for the right sequencing even when it's not the path of least resistance.
You think long and short simultaneously. You can hold a 12-month PLG vision and a 3-week funnel fix in your head at the same time — and you know which one to push in any given week.
You're outcome-driven, not output-driven. A calculator that ranks and generates leads is a win. A calculator that launches and sits is not. You care about impact, not shipped features.
