We're looking for a builder to design and own the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine. By combining AI, automation, data, and modern business systems, you'll build the infrastructure that enables our commercial teams to scale faster. This isn't a role focused on maintaining existing tools or pulling reports. You'll create new workflows, integrations, AI-powered automations, and internal products that have a direct impact on revenue and the way our business operates. Working across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, you'll solve complex business problems through technology and build the systems that power Lema's next stage of growth.
