The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance through a network of distributors across assigned European markets.
The role focuses on maximizing revenue and profitability by developing strong distributor partnerships, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The Regional Sales Manager works cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical and other internal stakeholders to execute commercial initiatives and expand Lumenis' market presence.
Territory scope may evolve over time according to business needs.
Main duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies through distributor partners across assigned European markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other strategic stakeholders.
Drive market expansion and strengthen Lumenis' market position across the assigned region.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Coordinate cross-functional resources (Marketing, Clinical, Service and Operations) to support commercial success.
Ensure distributors are effectively trained on products, value proposition and commercial strategies
Monitor distributor performance through KPIs and implement improvement plans where needed.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity and business opportunities, translating insights into action plans.
Represent Lumenis at congresses, customer meetings and industry events.
