Description
We are seeking a Client Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join one of our client squads.
In this role, you will take ownership of client activity, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure measurable business impact.
Acting as a key member within your squad, you will manage ongoing projects and initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with team members – all while identifying new opportunities for growth.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow from execution into ownership and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of client work within the Squad: manage client work plans including tasks, timelines, financial processes, and client meetings (agendas, presentations, recaps).
Build a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and digital activities- products, services, competitors, KPIs, and marketing initiatives.
Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives together with the Squad Manager and Growth Leader.
Collaborate with media, creative, SEO, and data teams, supporting task prioritization and workflow management
Develop, train, and mentor Junior Client Managers in line with the training program.
Leverage AI tools to support research, streamline workflows, and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in client management, working with large budgets in a digital agency or advertising firm.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ambition, energy, accountability, and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, and work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Business and marketing acumen: the ability to translate client goals into digital strategies and participate in business-driven conversations.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience managing meetings with senior client stakeholders.
Analytical abilities: reading reports (GA4, media platforms), performing basic analysis, identifying trends, and surfacing insights.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance knowledge, streamline processes, develop innovative workflows, and create client value.
Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
Native-level Hebrew – mandatory, for ongoing work with Israeli clients and within a fully Hebrew-speaking work environment.
