Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.
Assist in the setup and changeover of packaging lines.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar packaging role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment maintenance.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
