We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in knowledge management systems implementation, combining technological implementation, training, and cross-organizational collaboration.
This role requires strong analytical skills, user-oriented thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into practical Microsoft 365-based solutions.
A full-time position based in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and implement business solutions on Microsoft 365 platforms
Write functional specification documents and define organizational processes
Deliver user training sessions and support adoption processes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, task tracking, and ongoing reporting
Work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization
Manage organizational content and information, including metadata, content categorization, and data quality improvements
Ensure accessibility, consistency, and proper organization of enterprise knowledge assets
Requirements
Requirements:
Approximately 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management systems implementation and analysis
Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions
Experience writing specification and process documents
Experience delivering training and guiding end users
Strong project and task management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and information management abilities
