Job Summary
Your Career:
As an Engineering Manager for the Identity SSO team, you will lead a full-stack team to build and expand our unified Identity platform to an enterprise scale. Your role is crucial in executing our mission to connect our solution to any application, leveraging no-code, low-code, and AI-based solutions. In collaboration with security architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you will produce complex SaaS services that meet demanding scalability and security standards.

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, full-stack engineering team, fostering a culture of creativity, execution, and high code quality.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and active coaching to uplevel engineers across the team.
Oversee the design and execution of scalable connectors for SaaS, on-premise, and custom applications.
Spearhead research into modern cybersecurity mechanisms and evaluate emerging tech stacks to solve complex platform bottlenecks.
