Description
XTEND is looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries
Process supplier invoices, execute payments, and manage outstanding debts
Issue customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue tracking
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
Bookkeeping certification type 1+2 – must
Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – must
Experience in the high-tech industry – an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
