3+ years of product development experience in SaaS, Cloud or Private Cloud environments.

Strong hands-on Full-Stack experience across frontend, backend and DevOps.

Experience with complex systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure and data-processing pipelines.

Strong experience with React / TypeScript, Go and/or Python.

Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD and deployment.

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM engineering, AI agents and prompt engineering.

AI-native mindset — using Claude Code, Cursor and similar AI tools as a core part of the development workflow.

Experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, understanding unfamiliar codebases and working across different technologies.

Highly independent, proactive and capable of taking full ownership.

Strong technical depth, fast learner and comfortable working across different technologies.

Experience working in enterprise or highly secured environments.

Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, including direct customer interaction.
