This innovation uniquely positions us as the dominant cloud optimization partner. The Head of Operations serves as the CEO’s primary execution partner. This role is responsible for transforming company strategy into measurable execution, ensuring accountability across departments, and building the operating system that enables scale. The role owns company-wide execution, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. What You’ll Do Build & Manage the Operating System: Design and scale the company’s operational framework to support rapid organizational maturity. Drive Strategic Execution & Alignment: Turn high-level strategy into flawless execution while building cross-functional accountability across departments. Embed AI-Driven Efficiency: Champion an AI-first internal culture, integrating advanced AI tools and automated workflows to eliminate manual operational overhead. Own Metric Frameworks: Design and institutionalize company-wide KPI and OKR systems to drive data-backed decision-making. Provide Executive Leverage: Establish rigorous reporting protocols and business reviews to optimize executive bandwidth. Lead Special Initiatives: Spearhead high-stakes, cross-functional projects directly alongside the CEO. What We’re Looking For 7+ years in Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Leadership; 3+ years leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Proven track record working directly with Founders/CEOs as a trusted execution partner. Demonstrated success scaling organizations and building lean processes from the ground up. Practical experience identifying and integrating generative AI platforms and automation tools to optimize workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, or Computer Science. An MBA is highly advantageous. Must-Haves Strategic Planning, KPI/OKR Design, Process Automation, Financial Acumen, and Data Analysis. An innate drive to leverage AI and technology to replace manual effort. Extreme ownership, high urgency, executive presence, and the ability to simplify chaos. Native or entirely fluent English (written and verbal). Advantages Experience within the AWS ecosystem, FinOps, or high-growth SaaS startups. Professional background in Tier-1 management consulting. Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Our office is located at Beit Gibor Sport Tower, Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station.
